As an admin, I would like the Cashier Settlement section to be recreated in MxNext.

- The 1st state of the page is the Cashier Select dropdown.
- This dropdown includes the "Select Cashier Settlement" text and the number of available cashiers to settle for the day.
- Selecting a casher takes the user to the "Release & Modify" state of the page.
- The action button is labeled "Release & Modify"
- The data entry fields and sections on this page match MxConnect
- All the data entry fields are read only in this state.
- The user can select a new cashier with the top dropdown.
- The Cashier Details sections defaults to closed
- The Cashier Key Indicators defaults to closed
- All the text fields are labeled correctly (matching MxConnect), in the correct place. and under the correct header.
