      As an admin, I would like the dispatch section replicated in MxNext

      Confirm when comparing the MxConnect and MxNext pages that:

      1. The page headers match
      2. The pages body titles match
      3. The data entry fields all match and their labels match
      4. The grid matches
      5. Having any of the check box selected enables the authorize button.
      6. The component location and size are arranged to match MxConnect. This can be approximate as long as everything feels like it is where it should be and how big it should be
      7. The action buttons match
      8. The History section will be handled in another story so the History button does not need to take the user anywhere.
