As an admin, I would like the Finalize Day Validations section recreated in MxNext

The first thing we want to complete in Finalize Day is the Finalize Day Validations. These validations appear when there are actions that the user needs to compete before they can finalize the current day.
I, unfortunately, do not know all the different validations that are possible in the system. That is the first task for this ticket.

Confirm when comparing the MxConnect and MxNext pages that:
- All validations are identified and listed.
- All validations are triggered when applicable.
- The validations do not trigger when there is nothing to validate.
- The validations do not display in finalized days.
- Validations resolve when the user completes the task.
- The UI for the validations section matches MxConnect (in spirit).
- The UI renders properly on iPads.
