As an admin, I would like the dispatch section replicated in MxNext

Confirm when comparing the MxConnect and MxNext pages that:
- The page headers match
- The grid label is changed from "Deposits Dispatched" to "Deposits Dispatched History"
- The grid matches
- The grid is sortable by the headers
- Having any of the check box selected enables the authorize button.
- There is a day/date selector where the user can page through history days or select a specific date.
- The component location and size are arranged to match MxConnect. This can be approximate as long as everything feels like it is where it should be and how big it should be
- The back button match
