As an admin, I would like to be able to set an InFORM site to reference MxNext End of Month

Add new config for MxNext End of Month.
"Enable Mobile2 End of Month"
Add blank MxNExt pages for the following URLs
- cfahome.com/EndOfMonth/MarkMonthEnd

- When the config is enabled a blank MxNext version of the End on Month page displays.
