As a developer I would like to enable authentication on transfer api end ponts in mx.api solution.
Description
the authentication is already implemented the documentation can be found here:
https://fourthlimited.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RBCD/pages/2448622335/CFA+Waste+API+-+Postman
API Throttling is done as well all the configs are kept in tbAppsettings table:
select * from tbAppSettings where SettingName = 'APISettings'
We will need to add
Signal ClientID and Signal UserId to manage the inform permissions.
here is the code piece we need to modify:
