"Previous Orders" are not behaving correctly on the Order Detail Screen

Issue Summary: Previous Orders intermittently do not display correctly, or at all for various items on a new Truck Order (order detail screen)
 
Path: Create new draft order > select random item > click previous orders dropdown
 
Examples:
strawberry topping, 2% milk, iced coffee, cherries, mandarin oranges, clear cups and lids, waffle fry cartons plus a lot more... they are not showing any previous orders when creating a new order.
spicy grilled marinade on the other hand, shows 4 previous orders, however, 2 are from this year and 2 are from April 2021.
 
 
It should be displaying the most recent 4 orders per item from our understanding.
For some items it IS displaying the previous 4 orders, others none at all, others it displays random previous orders.
