Story
As a user, I would like a definition in the Outside Sales report for the why the Sys Customer is assigned to some sales.
AC
- At the end of the Outside Sales report after the grid the following text is present. This text is in all Outside Sales reports even if there is no data or no sales assigned to the Systematic Cust:
“Systematic Cust - Outside Sls” : Restaurants are no longer required to assign a Customer Account to an Outside Sale that is not tendered as “To be Collected”. To ensure all Outside Sales process correctly without user interaction, the “Systematic Cust - Outside Sls” customer is automatically assigned to an Outside Sale when both of the following conditions are true:
- The Outside Sale was not tendered as “To be Collected”
- A Customer Account was not selected and assigned to the sale on the POS
