MXC Customer History Grid - Balance not displaying rounded value

When the user views the Customer History Grid for a CA store, the values that have been passed in from the POS are rounded, yet this page is now displaying them as not rounded.

I believe the work done here is what may have caused the issue. The Gross Sales is never changing. Only the balance that is owed. So the sale is still for the original amount but the Amount owed /Transaction Balance/ will always be as it is today.
