As a user, I would like the Deposit Confirmation toast in the Daily Deposits page to include the hour, minute, and second that the deposit was confirmed.
Details
In MxConnect we should just add this in the same format that we currently use. When we recreate this functionality in MxNext we may look at making it read in a more friendly way.

- In addition to the user and date of the daily deposit confirmation, the correct hour and minute of the confirmation is displayed in the Daily Deposit confirmation toast.
