On Friday 01/13 night CFA report multiple locations are unable to submit Truck Orders, Screen does not load when creating order.
It appears as if orders are now successfully being created/submitted to all vendors when looking at admin order history. Do we have any idea what might have caused this issue last night?
We had an incident where Sales Queues were building up between 5 PM - 12 AM, the only thing the team was able to find is the following query, is this could be related?
MXC_Forecast_GetOrderItemForecastByDateRangeWithProcessingTimes
I am not able to find a specific error in the logs for this issue, if you have a specific place you want me to look at please let me know.
