Color Palate we are updating to:
- Primary Header Blue: #004F71
- Default Font Color (Headers, Closed Menus, Icons, Carets): #ffffff
- Closed Menu Title Color: #004F71
- Open Submenu Background: #003E59
- Active Hover Over Menu Header Background Color: #ffffff
- Active Hover Font Color: #003E59
- Line Break Color: #ffffff @ 30% Opacity
