Developer Notes:

After working Stacy and Will to hammer out the exact requirements for the VI Import, there was only one missing piece of functionality: the StockTakeInner value from the import was not updating tbVendorItem.InnerUnitID. I corrected this by updating dbo.qryMMSVendorItem_UpdateVendorItemForImport. 
CFA will have to add a {UpdateEntityItem} to the PurchaseUnit and StockTakeInner columns in the import file in order to update tbEntityItem with those values.
