Sales Item Events - When user changes to different Event Date, system does not refresh the Base Forecast value

Testing / 02693 / Create Event page - Event Date change / 160001 / Base Forecast
Occurs in both ENVs (JAT & Testing)

When user changes to different Event Date, system does not refresh the Base Forecast value

Reproduction Steps:
Create a current day Event.
Select Sales Item Event / select time periods / click add new item button
Enter 160001 and check item
Notate Base Forecast value.
Now, change Event Date to tomorrow and navigate back to current day.

Expected Results:
System to refresh to display the correct Base Forecast for each day.

Actual Results:
Issue: system has not refreshed to display the correct Base Forecast for the next day.
