As an admin, I would like dynamic routing for the EOM section.

New Config - "Operations > Setup > Configurations Manager > Mobile2 > Use MxNext End Of Month"
In the new EOM page add the Month picker control.

- Confirm with new config disabled, the page route to the correct MxC page
