Log into https://inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/MMS_ho_configurationmanager.aspx

Confirm the setting "Apply Count - Prompt to enter date and time" is set to false

Log into https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/

Select Input Inv. Counts / Spot

Fill in details in the Case, Inner or Metric Units

Click on Actions / Apply

Remove the time 

Change the date and time

Apply Count Button is disabled
