      Description

      Story

      As a user, I would like the period locked after finalizing my End of Month.

      Details

      When all the end of month process are marked completed, a "Mark Month End" button will be enabled. This button will trigger the final lock process.

      After performing all steps for the end of month process, the period should be locked and finalized. The user can still view the data, but not make any changes. "Mark Month End" button is not visible.

      1. Confirm the period is locked after the end of month process is completed.
      2. Confirm the End of Month page enables a button for finalizing the End of Month process after all processes are completed.
      3. Confirm the button is disabled if any of the processes are not completed.
      4. Confirm a warning message is displayed when the user selects the button letting them know they are about to close the period.
      5. Confirm the sections on the page are read only after the period is closed.
      6. Confirm the user can navigate by month through the closed period.
