Story
As an admin, I would like to see the details of selected employee and be able to save the changes.
Description
the goal for this story to migrate over the selected employee's details in the right panel from MxC Utilities -> Employee Setup to MxNext.
Including the Save button. Set User password will be implemented in the other story

- Confirm that Last Name, First Name, Employee number, and username are disabled
- Confirm that Status, Language fields are enabled
- Confirm that security groups are listed with a checkbox and searchable
- Confirm that already assigned security groups are prechecked and highlighted
- Confirm that Save button is functioning properly for all the enabled fields
- Confirm that localizations are working properly
