      Story

      As a user, I would like to be able to click the Locations in the Sales Exclusion and open the "Edit Sales Exclusion" modal.

      1. When the user clicks the link in the locations column, the "Edit Sales Exclusions" modal opens. (Edit Sales Exclusions modal covered in CFAMX-23931)
