As a user, I would like to be able to delete existing sales exclusions.
Details
This functionality allows the user to delete existing sales exclusions.
Delete Sales Exclusion modal

Delete
- When the user clicks the Delete icon, the "Delete Sales Exclusion" modal opens.
- Header: "Delete Sales Exclusion" with an "X" that closed the modal without action.
- Body: "You are about to delete the following Sales Exclusion: %Sales Exclusion Type ID% &Sales Exclusion Name&. This will remove it from this list and all assigned locations. Click Confirm to proceed.
- Footer: "Cancel" button and "Confirm" button.
- The Cancel button successfully closed the modal without taking any action.
- The Confirm button deletes the sales exclusion.
