As a user, I would like to be able to add a new Paid In/Paid Out

New Modal: "Add Paid In/Out"

• Header: "Add Paid In/Out" and "X"
• Body: Text field and dropdown
• Footer: "Cancel" button and "Add Paid In/Out" button

AC

1. When the user clicks the "Add Paid In/Out" button, the Add Paid In/Out modal opens.
2. The modal includes 1 editable text field and a dropdown:
   1. The text field is labeled: "Description"
   2. Another Text field named 'List option ID' needs to be added (Added by CWG)
   3. A multiselect dropdown labeled "Region"
      1. The multiselect dropdown is populated with all the regions we currently support and and "All Regions" option. The All Regions option is the default.
   4. The modal header is correct and the "X" works correctly to close the modal without saving the changes.
3. The Modal footer includes a "Cancel" and "Add Paid In/Out" buttons.
   1. The Cancel button works correctly to close the modal without saving the changes.
4. A description is required for the "Add Paid In/Outs" button to be active.
5. Once updated, the Add Paid In/Outs button is active.
6. New Paid In/Outs default to Active

Existing Paid In/Outs validation

1. When the user clicks the "Add Paid In/Out" button, if a Paid In/Out exists with the exact same name and type ID, open the following modal:
   1. Header: "Paid In/Out Already Exists"
   2. Body: "The Paid In/Out you are trying to add already exists. Please update the Paid In/Out description or edit the existing Paid In/Paid Out."
   3. Footer: a "Ok" button that closes the modal.
2. Once the user updates the description field so that it is unique, the validation modal no longer opens and the Paid In/Out saves.
