      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Login to MxConnect
      2. Create a Transfer from an InForm Store to Signal Store (Backend was updated to force API to fail)

       

      Expected Result
      User will receive error informing them that the API request failed

      Actual Result
      Confirmed in backend that the API is failing immeidately the first time it is hit
