Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Transfer via InForm to Signal (Creating a Transfer from 00198 to 00442)
2. Transfer one item

Expected Result
Entry should be created in tbTransactionTransfer (SignalID should be generated)

Actual Result
No new Entry created for the newly created Transfer
