As an admin, I would like to Update data.
Details
Implement "Save" and "Cancel" functionality.
AC
The percentage cannot exceed 100. When the user enters a value more than 100%, the value should set it back to 100%
On Clicking Save the values should be saved.
Show toast message when the value is saved.
On clicking Cancel the pop-up displays for confirmation.
