      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Login to MxNext
      2. Switch store to 01919 - Denton Towne Crossing FSU
      3. Navigate to Production > Bulk Prep Item Maintenance
      4. Enter a negative value into the Refills, Waste, and Yield Variance columns

      Expected Result
      Negative Value should be displayed in each column and reflected in the total

      Actual Result
      Can only enter a positive value
