Root Cause:some improvements are applied by our DBAs
On two occasions this week, we've seen the Sales Pro Queue exceeding thresholds. Both times, Tim Bell from DBA has found that the MXC_Forecast_GetOrderItemForecastByDateRangeWithProcessingTimes task has been using up a lot of CPU resources.
Please take a look into this task for a potential enhancement to prevent it from affecting the queues in the future.
