Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Switch to Store 00198
3. Navigate to Production > Bulk Prep Report
4. Click the Start Date field
5. Enter any special characters (Ex. ,./;')

Expected Result
Date Field should not allow user to enter any Special characters

Actual Result
User is able to enter Special characters
