On-hands Amounts Not Saving

Site 03847 is seeing incorrect values for Waffle Fries on-hand amounts. Item activity for on-hand amounts shows that the total is over 65 cases when it should be 35 cases currently.

Last stock count for this item was 1075/30 =35 with apply date '2023-03-28 07:16:47.790', I don't know why the Onhand in the following screenshot for the spot count at 7:16 Am on 03/28 is showing 35.8333

Select * from tbTransactionStockCount with (nolock ) where EntityID = 4620 and ItemID = 883 order by 1 desc

Also the Closing Qty is incorrect at the time 12:42 pm at the end of the page.
