As a admin, I would like to remove any user added leading zeros from the localization key.
Details
In order to keep the relationship between the Sales Exclusion and the localizations when a user makes an edit, we need to remove leading zeros from the localization key.
AC
- Remove any user entered leading zeros from the localization key.
- Existing Sales Exclusions that were created with a leading zero stay linked to the correct localization key when edited.
