Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Switch to Store 00198
3. Navigate to Utilities > Employee Setup
4. Click the Set User Password button
5. Enter a new password that fits the requirement
6. Confirm the same password

Expected Result
No field Validation should fire

Actual Result
Confirm password field is firing even though the passwords match causing the update button to be inactive
