Story
As an admin, I would like receive failed notifications in case is signal store sm task fails to process.
Description
AC
- Confirm that a notification is sent in case of failures (Exceptions)
- Confirm that if a store failed to be updated the sm task logs the error for that store, and moves on to the next store instead of stopping the entire process and the end send the notification including failure details.
- Confirm if the store is not in inform side, send the notification with the detail.
- Confirm if the Server Manager tasks fails, send the notification with failures. Details are logged in the auditlog.
- Confirm success no notification is not sent if there is no delta.
- Confirm that same notification is sent in case any delta(add/remove stores) or a store failed or the sm task failed.
