As a user I want to resubmit order electronically for failed orders.
AC:
- Confirm selecting an order will show "Actions"
- Confirm "Actions" has "Re-submit Electronically" option for orders that are failed sending the order to disctibutor.
- Confirm selecting "Re-submit Electronically" show the confirmation modal.
- Confirm the order is placed again after confirmation.
- Confirm MxNext section matches MxConnect Order details.
