As a QA I want the Credit Mgmt page to support mutli browser so that when two credits are recorded at the same time, the account balance is correctly updated

Acceptance Criteria
- Apply Credit has been clicked for the same Customer Account in two separate browsers , provide functionality that will allow for the first update to be Saved and in the second session a message is displayed like we do today for the Opening Change Fund and other Cash pages.
- When the message displays the Save button will become disabled
- When the message displays the page is instantly refreshed and the Grid displays with the record Saved in the other session
