As a user, I would like add a Reimbursement using a modal in Paid In/Out section.

- When the user clicks "Add Reimbursement" the modal opens and is the order of user selectable fields follows the details and wireframe above.
- All fields are enabled when the user opens the modal.
- The "Confirm" button is disabled until the user has filled each field in the modal.
- All the selectable fields populate correctly.
- The "Cancel" button works as expected.
- The "Confirm" button works as expected.
- All the existing MxConnect validation is also in this new modal.
- This modal opens when the user edits a Reimbursement row.
