As an admin, I would like for the sales exclusion section to hide for locations that do not have any sales exclusions assigned to them.

CFA has asked us to automatically hide the Sales Exclusion section when there are no Sales Exclusion Types assigned to a location.
AC
When a location is in an EOM template that includes sales exclusions:
- One or more active Sales Exclusions are assigned to a location:
- Display the Sales Exclusion section.
- No active Sales Exclusion are assigned to a Location:
- Hide the Sales Exclusion section
- A Sales Exclusion is added to a location where there were no Sales Exclusions were previously assigned:
- Display the Sales Exclusion EOM section for this location.
- Remove all active Sales Exclusions from a location (Inactive or Delete):
- Hide the Sales Exclusion EOM section from location.
When a location is not in an EOM template that includes Sales Exclusions:
- The section should not display.
