Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Navigate to Utilities > Employee Setup
3. Click Set User Password
4. Enter a password greater than 50 characters
5. Confirm Password
6. Click Update

Expected Result
Validation should fire for passwords greater than 50 characters and Update button should be inactive

Actual Result
User is able to create password greater than 50 characters
