Description and amount fields wrongfully allows special characters to be pasted in the respective fields

Description and amount fields wrongfully allows special characters to be pasted in the respective fields.

When typing in incorrect characters the text box displays red to  warn the user and does not accept the incorrect characters

Restaurant Name field also allows the above, nut appears to be a free text field.
