      Story

      As a admin, I would like to remove any user added leading zeros from the localization key.

      Details

      In order to keep the relationship between the Sales Exclusion and the localizations when a user makes an edit, we need to remove leading zeros from the localization key.

      AC

      1. Remove any user entered leading zeros from the localization key.
      2. Existing Sales Exclusions that were created with a leading zero stay linked to the correct localization key when edited.
