Add new record Paid In/Out errors

1.  When 1st selecting Type as Paid In on the new ADD modal, then the other fields are not enabled.

2. The Confirm button does not become enabled when all field have been filled out

3. Only Description and Amount info from existing record are displayed in the Edit modal.
It does not display Type, Cashier and Category information

4.  Paid In/Out  Description and Amounts not saved when clicking CONFIRM on Adding and Editing records in the modals
