Edit Reimbursement - Confirm button does not fully edit record on grid on UI or on DB

      Description

      Edit Reimbursement - when Confirm clicked and expedited, record is not fully updated on UI grid or DB.  On completion the grid goes blank, and only display previous records on refresh.

      On UI - Only Cashier - NOT Description and Amount is updated

      On DB Only Cashier, Department and Subject Updated, NOT Description and Amount
