MXC - Settings>>Paid in/out Categories - Add displays Requested Operation Failure

      Description

      Scenario - When an attempt is made to ADD a previously deleted category a requested operation failed toast is displayed.

      Steps: 

      1. Delete the Category for 1001 Accounts Received
      2. Attempt to Add it back 

      Defect: 

      A toast displays requested operation fails however the record is inserted into the DB in the LedgerChartofAccounts table. 

       

      NOTE: if I click add 10 x it will be added 10x.
