User Story
As a user in MxConnect with reporting privileges, I would like the ability to access a Report Portal page to generate reports.
Detail
Chick-fil-A would like the ability to generate new and existing SSRS reports from within MxConnect. The new page should provide a list of all supported reports (this list will grow over time.) Once a user selects a report, they should be able to specify all the required parameters and then click a button to generate the report. Initially we will support the following parameter inputs:
- Store (set to current user's Store. currently not selectable.)
- Date Range (Start Date & End Date)
- Vendor
- Item List
Notes
Consider ways where inputs can be setup/configured once per parameter type (eg. EntityID, StartDate, EndDate, etc.) so that this doesn't need to be done for every report.
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm a page exists in MxConnect for selecting and generating reports.
- Confirm this new page displays a list of supported reports.
- Confirm that after selecting a report, the user is presented with inputs to provide the parameter values.
- Confirm that upon generation, the parameter values are correctly passed to the reporting API
