Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Switch store to 01919 - Denton Towne Crossing FSU
3. Navigate to Production > Bulk Prep Item Maintenance
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page

Expected Result
AG Grid Column headers should be static as the user scrolls to the bottom of the page (Headers should always be shown)

Actual Result
Column Headers are not locked
