As an above store user, I would like the configuration setting for Prompting to enter a date and time for inventory counts to be moved to Mobile > Counts > Counting > Apply Count - Prompt to enter date and time.

Move the current configuration setting of Configuration Manager: Mobile > Inventory > Apply Count - Prompt to enter date and time to Configuration Manager: Mobile > Counting > Apply Count - Prompt to enter date and time.
Acceptance Criteria:
