Description

Max validation for the Cashier Tills field (99.999) not applied

Cashier till amount allows over $1 Billion to be entered manually which filters through to "Total Counted" and "Overage/Shortage"

This is allowed in all 3 Change Fund pages (Opening, Closing, Changeover)
