MXC - EOM -Unpaid Invoice/Expense - CROWN TAX displays 4 times

Scenario - When the user goes to ADD an Unpaid Invoices/Expense Crown Tax is displayed 4 times

Steps: 

Given the user has logged into MXC
And navigated to End Of Month for store 01580
And clicks ADD in the Unpaid Invoices/ Expenses section 

WHEN the Category dropdown is selected 

DEFECT: 

The  category Crown Tax displays 4 times
