Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Click the Workflow Icon
3. Select Cashier Settlement menu option

4. Select an Available cashier from the dropdown

5. Add a comment in the Cash Variance Explanation Test box field

6. Click Workflow Icon again and select a new date OR a different workflow menu item

Expected Result
Dirty Guard message should be displayed

Actual Result
The user is allowed to navigate away from the page without warning - no dirty guard message displayed.

The message entered is saved automatically to all future available cashier settlements with a variance any cashiers
