MxNext - Cashier Open Banner displays in Error

      Description

      Scenario - when the user lands on the Cashier Settlement page we do not want to display the red 'cashier still open' banner when no cashiers are open

      Steps: 

      1. Login to JAT -MxNext
      2. Change the store to 01919
      3. Click the workflow icon and pin the wf when it opens
      4. Change the date to May 19, 2023

      Defect - The red 'cashier still open' banner is displayed in error. 

      Note - in this scenario if the cashier dropdown was selected we would see all rows should be highlighted green
