Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Switch store to 01580 - Founders Parkway FSU
3. Click Workflow icon
4. Navigate to Thu, May 4, 2023
5. Click Closing Change Fund
6. Enter Value in Cashier Tills or Other Change Fund Field

Expected Result
After Value is entered and validated against the Overage/Shortage field, if there is an overage or shortage, comment field should be outlined in Red

Actual Result
Comment field has no validation
