Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Switch store to 01580 - Founders Parkway FSU
3. Click Workflow icon
4. Click Closing Change Fund
5. Enter a value into the Cashier Tills field
6. Navigate to Wed, May 3, 2023
7. Click OK on the popup
8. Click Actions > Assign Variance To Cashier

Expected Result
Button should be inactive

Actual Result
User is able to navigate to page even though it has been Finalized
